After graduating and teaching tennis for 2 years, she went to LSU in Shreveport for medical school and residency. She then spent several years in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit caring for critically ill children.

Dr. Good and her family moved to Sarasota where she worked as a hospitalist before transitioning to primary care. Dr. Good and her husband have 3 children, twins (boy/girl) who are 18 years old, a 16 year old son and a Standard Poodle "Lady" who is 9 weeks old.

In her spare time she loves to fish and scuba dive.

Fawn Harrison MD

Dr. Harrison is a Board Certified Pediatrician who grew up in South Florida (LaBelle) and attended the University of Florida for college and went to the Florida State University College of Medicine for medical school with rotations at the Pensacola, Orlando and Sarasota campuses. Her Pediatric residency was completed through the University of South Florida combined residency program with All Children's Hospital and Tampa General Hospital.

Dr. Harrison has been practicing pediatrics in Arcadia, Florida from 2008 until 2016 as a general out-patient pediatrician as well as covering in-patient pediatrics and newborn care at DeSoto Memorial Hospital. While on staff at DeSoto Memorial Hospital, she was involved in various committees, including Infection Control, Quality Committee, Bylaws Committee, OB-Peds Collaborative and the Medical Executive Committee.

Having grown up enjoying rural Florida and small town life, practicing in Arcadia was very appealing and enjoyable to Dr. Harrison. Many wonderful friendships with patients and their families were made and will continue on at Good Pediatrics. When the opportunity at Good Pediatrics presented, it was a natural transition because of the highest quality pediatric medicine being provided to patients and because of the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Dr. Harrison’s life outside of medicine is consumed with loving and caring for her beautiful family. Her husband, Matt Harrison, works in the family agriculture operation and their children, Madelynn and Lane are young (7 and 5 years old) but growing quickly. Currently Madelynn wants to be a chef and Lane a cowboy! They all enjoy being outdoors, camping, hunting and fishing or just sitting around a fire.
